Before reporting an issue, you can try to unblock yourself by refreshing the app. Here are the guidelines How to refresh the app if you run into an issue while using it?

If the issue is related to the AI result, please click the Report Issue button in the result panel.

After reporting the issue, you will receive a follow-up email. Feel free to reply to that email and provide any additional details that can help us troubleshoot the issue.
